3. Adverse action notices: If your application is declined based on information from a third party, you may receive an adverse action notice explaining your rights to obtain a copy of that information.
4. Ongoing reporting: We may report account performance (including late or missed payments) to credit bureaus. Positive performance may help your credit profile; negative performance may harm it.

Ownership of Site & Agreement to Terms of Use

The Site and all related content, trademarks, logos, graphics, user interfaces, and software are owned or licensed by Suncast Capital Brokerage and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us for the Service at issue in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
