With Suncast Capital Brokerage, you can open an account in minutes, receive a unique account number, fund it via transfer or card, and pay bills or vendors directly from the app. We support everyday Savings accounts and Current accounts for higher-volume transactions.
1) Open the app → Cards → select your virtual or physical card.
2) Tap Activate and verify with your PIN/OTP.
3) Set a secure 4–6 digit card PIN (for physical cards).
4) Make a small online purchase or POS test to confirm activation.

Submit a request via Profile → Help → Update Account Details or email support@suncastbx.trade. Reviews typically complete within 1–3 business days.
Typical requirements include: valid government ID, active Suncast Capital Brokerage account, at least 3 months of account activity, CAC registration (for companies), recent bank statements or revenue evidence, and a simple cash-flow summary. Additional collateral/guarantor may be requested depending on amount and risk. Start your application in Loans inside the app or email support@suncastbx.trade for guidance.
